For personalized results, you need a personalized program. Whether you want to lose body fat, get stronger, increase your metabolism or just improve your overall health and fitness, certified personal trainer José Ramos will develop the right game-plan to reach your goals.
Fitness testing provides a starting point for your program, as well as a way to measure progress toward your goals. José takes you through a system of motion and flexibility tests called a Functional Movement Screen, which analyzes your movement patterns with respect to functional performance and injury prevention.
Each new client fills out a health history form, so José is aware of any past injuries, training experience and lifestyle, along with your specific goals. Clients are also given a meal diary to make sure your diet supports your training efforts.
