SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING: 2-3 participants:1 trainer
If you’re more comfortable working with just a couple of other participants, are not quite ready for a group setting, or need a little extra expertise. Then Semi-Private Training is the perfect option. In the SPT setting you get the best of both worlds – the support of your fellow participants and highly individualized attention.

KB Basics The Kettlebell Basics (KBB)
This class will teach each participant the foundational movements of kettlebell training. Our goal is to ensure mastery over each foundational movement including but not limited to the: Get Up, Goblet Squat, Renegade Row, Shoulder Press, KB Swing (all variations) KB High Pull. Additionally, you will learn and perfect the concepts and preparatory skills required to maintain a safe and effective kettlebell practice including: Packing the shoulder Zipping up Abdominal bracing The rack position Gripping the floor Power breathing Tension / relaxation balance Knee vs. hip load Hinging at the hips Moving under a fixed arm Benefits The benefits of kettlebell training are many. For starters, you can expect to improve strength-endurance, power, cardio, body control, resiliency, coordination, flexibility / mobility and agility. Learn to love and master the tool that will provide the never-quit stamina, ferocious strength and total body composition change you have only dreamed of.
The Ultimate Bootcamp (UB)
The Ultimate Bootcamp class is a total body conditioning class that focuses on moving your body in many of the ways it was designed to. Don’t think muscles, think movements: pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, rotating, jumping, hopping, shuffling, pressing, skipping, etc. All of these movements will be explored at your level. Most movements are shown at 3 levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced, all according to your personal starting point. This method of training allows everyone to take part in the same routine. In a typical Ultimate Bootcamp, you will explore a variety of training tools to keep your workouts fun and dynamic. Condition your body with: Cables Dumbbells Kettlebells Bands Medicine balls Balance boards Body weight Sandbags Training and jump ropes and much more. Benefits The benefits of total body training with multiple tools are a well-rounded physique, enjoyment of movement and identifying your personal abilities. This type of training also has a large carryover that improves our everyday activities of daily living.
